I was at a garage sale today and ran into a guy

who raises pastured beefalo. He is slaughtering

shortly -- all the beefalo is spoken for (you have to

order in the spring) but he says no one ever takes

the internal organs. So I'm placing my order

for internal organs! Gads I'd love to get some

good liver.

I told him I was going to tell all you folks

because there actually are people who like

stuff like liver, kidneys, heart, and fat. But

you have to act soon.

The garage sale was at a farm where they

raise grass fed cows for sale but they are going

to stop it because " so few people are interested " .

Really, these people need to advertise!
