I'm not sure what to do - I may try and do my planned workout later, but if I don't, I think I need some sort of slump busting rotation to get me back on track. The only reason I want to finish the " X " is to say I did it - but is that good enough reason to go on or should I just do something I enjoy? Should I start T-Tapp now instead of later in January? Hmm...I may just have to do Turbo Jam this week that is always my " return to exercise " routine.
