Friday workout

Hi,

This morning I did All Pump Xtreme Back, Biceps, & Triceps. I like these splits.

Here's how it went:

BACK:

Chin ups- I do not have all those risers (who does?) so I did 4 sets of bar bell rows using 45 lb. I ended up getting done with the last set right about the time she was finished with the chin ups, so it worked out pretty good.

Bar bell Rows (one arm row combo)40 lb (I could really feel this exercise from doing all the rows in the previous exercise)

Rear Delt raise (on an incline) 5 lb

Biceps:

Biceps curls (body bar and tubing)

Internal/External rotation- tubing

Lying inclined hammer curls- 12 lb

Triceps:

Tricep pushups (on step with one arm holds)

Kickbacks- 12 lb

overhead extensions (single arm)

That's it!! I feel like I need more of a workout then just that, but I think that will do seeing the kind of night I had... read further or delete..

I was up most of the night with my little one. She got worse as the evening progressed and ended up throwing up in her bed twice. So I was up and down all night with her.

She's doing much better this morning. It still amazes me how a child can be THAT sick and then get up and start playing and act as if they were never sick. Meanwhile, I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to make it until its time to go to bed lol

At least I was up last night being a mom instead of being an insomniac.

I went to the doctor and he gave me a prescription for Rozerem. I haven't had a chance to go get it yet, but I'll be anxious to see if it helps.
