Some of you may recall my critique of the website used to promote the " Teslar

watch " . Well, the company has just sent me a very long reply to all of my

comments. I shall share my response in a series of articles. Here is the

first part:

Thank you very much for your concerned letter and valued comments about our

product, the Teslar watch. There seems to be a misunderstanding over the web

site, as the Philip Stein web site is new and does not address the science

issues as yet. The original web site www. teslar.com has more documentation,

however it is written for a layman, rather than the scientific site that it

could be. However, most people would never understand the quantum mechanic

theory behind the watch mechanism, nor do they care, and the science would

loose the essence of what we are trying to educate them, i.e. ELF and its

part in EMF.

Before we answer your in depth questions, we would like to give you an

overview of the documents, tests (none funded by the company) and popular

observations written and produced over the 16 year history of the Teslar as

follows:

[*** None of the above publications appears to be peer-reviewed and product en

dorsements carry no weight at all, especially since many of them can be

solicited and scientifically uninformed. Even though the scientific

credentials of some of the above authors appears to be impressive with many

PhDs among them, nothing which appears in them seems to have been subjected

to rigorous peer review, so nothing much may be inferred from them. Many of

us with higher degrees in physics or the physical sciences could write

apparently impeccable articles on quantum mechanics, quantum electrodynamics,

fractal processing, scalar fields, chaotic communication, relativistic

microeffects and so forth in a field such as " psychotronics " , but that does

not mean that what we write is anything much more than speculation or science

to one who has given much time and effort to critique the Philip Stein web

site information. We thank you for your observations and will include your

In an effort to create harmony between the email you sent Randy Huntington,

we have chosen to answer your questions in the sequence as they were

presented in your email as follows:

1. Observation of Siff Statement:

<Here we go again-yet another group borrowing impressive sounding scientific

jargon to impress the gullible public! What do they mean " collapses these

fields " ? Are they seriously suggesting that a small vibrating watch is going

to produce some sort of disruption of the space-time continuum to produce a

singularity into which electric and magnetic fields magically disappear. It

would help a great deal if they would cite some references to validate their

impressive claims.>

Answer to Observation:

We understand why you are questioning the veracity of our statements, as we

are appalled by those who do not have a clue what they are talking about and

misuse terminology to sell to the consumer something that sounds scientific,

but has no evidence to substantiate their claims. I promise you that this is

not the case with our team.

Dr. Shenechi Seiki of the Gravity Research Laboratory in Uwajima City, Japan,

wrote a book containing nearly 400 pages of higher mathematics on the nature

of gravity energy fields. (Ultra Relativity, Shenechi Seike, I-32 Chome,

Maruhochok, Uwajima City, Ehime (798) Japan; Gravity Research Laboratory

1969). In his book, Dr Seiki examines the electric field properties of a

mobius band and other bucking field coils. Using standard Maxwellian field

equations, Dr. Seiki postulates that a bucking coil, such as a mobius used in

the Teslar technology, will generate an intense gravitational wave field when

properly energized by external electrical currents.

[*** What Dr Seiki wrote was not written to validate what the Teslar watch

does, nor did he ever imply that a small device could successfully shield

anyone or anything from the far greater fields which exist in nature. Note,

too, that his work theorises (i.e.., speculates) about the nature of gravity

waves, an entity which has yet to be discovered. Note, also that the Mobius

strip or shape does not occur in real physical space, but is a mathematical

construct of a special re-entrant type of topology. The most common form of

the Mobius form is nothing more than the popular toy is which a long strip of

paper is twisted once and pasted together to form an apparently closed loop -

or the re-entrant Klein bottle, neither of which has ever been used to create

some special electronic device in real space.

No scientists have ever been able to use Mobius shapes or any other

configurations of anything to create the entirely hypothetical gravitational

wave fields. If anyone had managed to achieve this feat, they would have

successfully have been filling one of the major gaps in Einstein's lifelong

quest to create a Unified Field Theory and consequently they should be

receiving a Nobel Prize for this incredible achievement. Are we being asked

to believe that some scientists who constructed the Teslar watch have

actually managed to solve one of the greatest problems in modern physics and

that their work has not yet been published in Physics, Nature or any other of

the world's most prestigious peer-reviewed publications? Mel Siff]

Dr. Seike further postulates that roles of electricity and magnetism will be

reversed and a magnetic monopolar field will result. The magnetic lines of

force will cancel. In their place will be a new inverted space-time field.

[*** Note again that this is entirely speculative and that there are many

other scientists with equally intriguing, but very different theories for

'everything' in the trendy world of unified field theory. Amongst those who

have written some fascinating tomes on the same subject is the renowned Dr

Hawking. Others who are studying concepts in Superstring theory have

equally valid or even more plausible hypotheses ('science fiction'?). Mel

Even before Dr Seike's publication, there is a patent by R.L. , an

engineer who worked for Sandia Laboratories under NASA contract. His patent

#3,267,406 issued in 1964 covers the use of the mobius design as a perfect

non conductive resistor. This means that a resistor made in the mobius

configuration will not generate a magnetic field , and will therefore produce

zero electrical interference. This quality is most important in the high

density, high speed computer circuitry used in spacecraft.

[*** What exactly is this so-called 'Mobius Design'? I commented on what it

really is above, but have seen no evidence that actual physical designs have

used this abstract topology to create some device which allegedly radiates a

certain type of undiscovered quantum gravitational energy. There is no such

thing as a perfect non-conductive resistor at room temperature, so anyone who

lodged a patent on making a perfect conductor using a special esoteric

mathematical shape at room temperature rightly should be regarded as a crank.

The creation of such a device would rapidly lead to perpetual motion machines

(many of which were patented!!), weapons and electronics such as the world

has never seen before, but, since that 1964 patent we have not seen anything

using this imaginary technology to change the face of energy generation,

electronics and military weaponry in that way. Anyhow, lodging a patent does

not necessarily mean that the device is based upon proven peer-reviewed

science, as is clear in a critique that I cited a few weeks ago on the topic

of how flawed the patenting process is. Anyone can lodge a patent if they

follow the requirements that appear on the patent application form. Mel Siff]

A copy of the NASA Tech Brief on the mobius resistor can be obtained by

requesting NASA. However, the application of the mobius used in the Teslar

works as an antenna for generating gravitational waves, not as a resistor.

The concept of inverting magnetism and electricity was unknown to and

NASA at that time. However, at the last EEIM Conference sponsored by the Air

Force, NASA and other notable institutions, pulsed nanosecond electromagnetic

fields and non hertzian waves were the format of discussion in new research;

even though no one had a clue how to apply the technology.

Today, quantum produced scalars are an accepted premise by many physicists

and researchers.

T.E. Bearden wrote that scalar electromagnetics are the quantum mechanical

effects and influences that can be produced by electrical and magnetic scalar

potentials in force field regions of zero - E (electric) and zero-B (magnetic)

.. The E and the B potentials create E and B fields. The Bohm-Aharonov effect

shows that the E and B fields remain zero while the potentials cause physical

effects. By opposing magnets and electric fields the sum to zero creates the

zero scalar field. It is the potentials that are the primary entities and the

fields are derived and secondary to the quantum electrodynamics. This follows

from quantum mechanics and was proved in the 60's, but only recently the

conclusion of classical mechanic theory. It took over thirty years for

physicists to realize the primary actuality of scalar potentials. The

implications of the Bohm-Aharonov discovery have not been accepted by all

Western physicists and electrical engineers, but the trend is changing.

Scalar is the buzzword for the Non Hertzian, Tesla Free Standing Waves

produced by the Teslar. Scalar waves lack frequency and mass. The complex

quatermion mathematical notations for scalar waves are derived from

Clerk Maxwell's unified field theory for electromagnetics (1862). In the case

of the Teslar, ordinary transverse electromagnetic waves (battery source) are

coupled with the Tesla (Scalar) Longitudinal Waves (the chip-coil) using a

magnetic component (sweep second hand mechanism).

[*** There is no such thing as quatermion mathematical notation - the word is

quaternion. Clerk Maxwell's famous four equations integrated electrical

and magnetic fields into one system, not for 'electromagnetics', but for

electromagnetism. These comments of mine appear to be trivial but are offered

because nobody working in serious physics would ever make these subtle but

important semantic errors. How on earth can any wave lack frequency - that is

total nonsense - a wave immediately indicates the repetition of a certain

oscillation or waveform and all oscillations involve a period (T) and

frequency (f = 1/T) of oscillation. Mel Siff]

Dr. Cornelli wrote that scalar waves are like sound waves except that

energy propagation is in the form of an oscillatory motion in the

longitudinal direction instead of transverse. Scalar waves occur in the

vacuum of collapsed fields and can only be quantified in terms of potential

energy like water behind a dam. Scalar potential comes from an accumulated

charge within the chip itself, which is released as a pulsed fast rise time

wave form collapsing to 'O' point with the electric field of the battery.

Scalar waves are hyperspatial, meaning what we view as 'normal' is rotated in

space time.

In quantum reality, the human brain is a biological space time energy

transducer as it creates electrical and magnetic fields (that is where

thought comes from). Tied to the meridian electrical system of the body, the

brain becomes the generator for the complete bio-field system. When it is

overburdened with ambient electromagnetic fields it cannot manage to put out

the correct information to the body pathways that regulate such systems as

the immune system.

[*** This prolific use of the verb " is " implies that all of the above is

fact, which very definitely is NOT the case. It is entirely speculative.

Nobody has ever come close to explaining the phenomenon of thought. It is

nothing more than alternative healing guruspeak to refer to the brain as some

" biological space time energy transducer which creates electrical and

magnetic fields " and carries no more weight than many of the events in Alice

in Wonderland. For a start, a transducer is something which receives and

transforms one form of energy to another; it does not create any fields, so

that this phrase alone shows clearly that whoever wrote this has a rather

dubious understanding of physics and electrical engineering. On top of this

nobody has ever shown that the acupuncture meridian system actually is

electrical or that it is tied to the brain. If I have missed the research

which proved this, please cite the appropriate peer-reviewed references which

do so.

As I discussed earlier, there is no such thing as a single discrete bio-field

in the body; the body is filled with many concurrent fields and currents

created by many different biological systems, none of which has ever been

shown to create some sort of quantum or gravitational field effects. All of

this offers wonderful territory for scientific hypothesizing (science

fiction) and I must admit, during my years of postgraduate brain research, to

having indulged in similar speculations, but none of us has ever been able to

prove our hedonistic adventures into the nature of mind stuff and noumena.

So as you can see, this tiny mechanism of its own has the electric and

magnetic potential to create scalar, we just had to find a way to collapse

them utilizing the correct coil system. When the fast rise time wave form

peaks, it creates a range of sub harmonics that move into the field,

organizing chaotic patterning. A measurable E and H field can be measured by

any Field Meter, and the effect is not dampened by the strength of the

fields, but rather is more significant biologically because of its subtle

aspects. Brain ionization can be created with magnetic field strength of 0.05

gauss. The body does not require a huge whopping signal, but rather responds

to subtle energy fields where an interaction is created and not the normal

" reaction " .

[No, I cannot see this! Brain ionisation!!!! What next? What on earth is

meant by this? The brain is not a single molecule, but a composite system of

many subsystems constructed from many organic and inorganic molecules. How

can one ionise the brain with a specific polar charge just as one can ionise

a single molecule? Who measured that one can allegedly " ionise the brain "

with a small magnetic field like that? References? Mel Siff]
