Christie,

I have the catalog, and see only caplets and powder. I'm bad about

swallowing pills, so I've been using the powder, and just put it into a bit

of veggie juice. It gets muddy quick, but I kind of eat that part with a

spoon and it has very little taste. I have other things I put into drinks,

so this is just one more thing and it's not much of a bother.

You might want to read Jordan Rubin's latest book

" Restoring your digestive health "

They recommend several probiotics other than primal defense.

A long time ago Primal Defense came in capsule then they changed

the formulation to these big caplets. They do have the powder

and after awhile you get sick of the taste.

They also recommend

1. VSL#3

2. OMX 12+

3. Continental liquid plain acidophilus

4. Probiogurt

5. and of course his own formulation -Primal defense.

Personally, I think the key is to rotate and pulse the probiotics

Just some input on Primal Defense. A email pal of mine who is

really ill with CFS, MCS, multiple allergies etc due to a chronic

infection in her jaw says this:
