You definately don't want an episiotomy. If you plan on birthing in

a hospital (try not to) then you need to write a very specific birth

plan. The language must include the words " I do not consent " . This

makes it legal language. These are good words to practice using with

your " health care " practitioners.

I agree with the post about every persons birthing experience is

different. But we are all capable of natural fear free childbirth.

I would recomment hypnotherapy and/or hypnobirthing classes.
