Guest guest
From the other day, the Coaches get it the beginning of October then we can start ordering from them mid-October then hopefully the infomercial will be ready by November for everyone else I hate how they keep moving out the date! I first heard September, then October, now November. We are going on a cruise in January and I really want to look great for the bathing suits, shorts, etc we will be wearing. Maybe the date will move back up! Guest guest
I will definitely be ordering early. I think I will enjoy alternating these workouts with her Turbo Jam workouts for cardio. I'm anxious to find out for myself! me neither! im quite looking forward to chalene's new workouts. i wonder if im going to have to get a barbell and/or heavier dumbells for it (i have only up to 15 lb dumbells). oh yeah! i forgot about the monthly one-on-one's with tony! so, did you subscribe to those? :*carolyn. Guest guest
I was wondering the same. I know posted that many were getting into the 20s and some 30s (I think that was mostly men) on some of the moves. I only have 3, 5, 8, 10, 12 & 15. I have a barbell that goes up to 120 I believe so I could use that if need be. But I do look forward to seeing the strength improvements with this On Sun, Sep 14, 2008 at 11:12 PM, Festival City Concrete/ & Carolyn Visser wrote: Darcy Ledman wrote: > I can't wait! Guest guest
I think I heard that someone suggested purchasing adjustable dumbbells for these workouts. I also only have dumbbells that go to 15 and a barbell that goes to 35lbs. Guest guest
I know they have a gym on the cruise so if I have to continue my Chalene rotation there maybe I can preview the workouts I would be doing at home and write down the specific exercises to do on board. I definitely will have to exercise to keep the pounds down from all the eating they do on board. We have been on a 3 day and 4 day cruise, but this is the first one week cruise. It should be an interesting trip with my DH’s whole family on board. We are leaving Ft. Lauderdale Florida and cruising the Caribbean (St. Maarten’s, St. Lucia, etc). With all of these hurricanes this summer, I wonder how much beach, etc is left to view. Guest guest
I just got an email about ordering ChaLEAN Extreme from BeachBody. Looks like they are asking coaches to do a launch party & buying the " party package " is available to coaches only. Party package includes two sets of the system and some " party " extras. Party package is steep ($179), but I ordered one. It will not deliver until the official launch date of 12/21.
