Guest guest
It is the supersetting that kills me...I'm trying to use the same weights I've used for bodypump and S & L and I think I need to drop down for some. I also thought I could start the 100 pushup challenge this week, and I think between the 2 I'm overdoing it. R & C seems to have more tracks that hit the shoulder area or maybe I'm not doing some of the moves right. Just like S & L, there is a fair bit of pulsing, static holds, and slow counts...she takes the basic exercises and tweeks them a bit with count change ups and holds that make them harder. Here is the breakdown of the exercises in order: reps time Warmup 4:31 Lunges 56 4:28 Squats 88 4:34 Stiff Leg Deadlift 28 4:39 Bent Knee Deadlift 28 Incline Chest Press 62 3:27 Push Ups 36 3:00 Chest Fly 62 4:43 Back Track 32 4:55 Tricep Dips 24 1:55 Skull Crushers 38 3:37 Pull Overs 52 4:20 Overhead Press 66 4:44 Front/Lateral Raise Combo Bicep Curls 120 4:44 Hammer Curls 88 4:46 Cool Down 4:34 > > I think this is harder than > > S & L, probably because of the supersetting and muscles not having time > > to recover between tracks. > > YIKES!!! i wonder if i will have to drop all the way down to > the little pink 1 pound dummies for this workout?!?
