Guest guest Posted October 18, 2008 Report Share Posted October 18, 2008 I'm new to the group. Familiar with BFL but over time have lost sight of taking control and taking care of myself. I am having a difficult time staying motivated because of an overwhelming cluster of stressful and life changing events in my life. If I eat clean, I miss the gym and vice versa.
