Guest guest Posted August 20, 2008 Report Share Posted August 20, 2008 Hi, Today was FIRM's Volume 3 - Aerobic Interval Training w/ Sandahl Bergman. This one is a good sweat! I find it hard to go heavy on this workout since there are so many compound movement and even some aerobic movements w/ weights - but I still felt like I got a decent total body endurance workout in. This is the one where Sandahl constantly fakes you out making you thinkg you're done - but you're not! Tomorrow is some form of cardio - I may pull out another Charlene Prickett or maybe kickboxing, since I haven't done it in awhile.
