Hey Steve....

You don't have to make anything the animal (beef) does it for you.

Just go tyo your local butcher and ask for 50/50 trim.

Make sure it is from a local animal not the commercially raised type and cook it

in a skillet till crispy or warm what ever and enjoy,

I eat up to 2 lbs a day with vegies.

You can use what cooks off cook potatoes, fry eggs whatever you would need a oil

for.

Straight tallow has no protien or should I say muscle meat in it and cook down

clear which you can use for deep fat fryers and makes the best red potatoe

french fries on the face of the earth....

I eat it given i am on a no gluten diet and to get that amount of fat which is

why you eat meat anyway would create a few problems of constipation with that

much protein.

It is great to fry hamburgers in or a lean steak so your fat content goes up.

i find that is where I get my energy from but the longer I eat it the more

protein (1lb a day now) that I have to eat to maintain energy level.

If you can incorperate carbs in your diet I think the protein amount could be

kept at a minimum.

Good luck

tallow me

seems allot, also a deep fat fryer scares me a little.

So tell, how do I make it and how much can I eat before turning into a bull?
