there's an co2 extract out there that's supposedly evokes the fresh

ginger root smell very much. if i remember correctly, vigon sells it.

but i need to look that up to confirm it. if you are interested.

I have both the CO2 extract and the fresh ginger eo(I got it the same place Anya

did-sorry Anya that's the only place I'm aware that had it).  I think the CO2

smells more like the traditional, dried eo, but perhaps deeper and richer.  The

fresh ginger eo definitely has that " zing " and citrusy aspect that the fresh cut

root does.
