Hi Barbara

It's very exciting to hear from you here on this list. I love Eden

Botanicals and always found you helpful beyond the call of duty when making

orders! I'm sure your knowledge and experience will be a huge asset on this

list.

Best wishes

the most part self-taught, I have used essential oils, absolutes, CO2s etc. for

aromatherapy/medicinal blends and perfume blends (oil-based and solids) since

1995. I worked at Eden Botanicals (where I learned so much from Will!) from 2005

until I retired on March 1 of this year. Perfume is my passion! My time now will

be devoted to more fully developing my own perfume company, AromaDeva. I hope to

learn from everyone at NP and to share what I can. Special thanks to Anya for

this group! My most fragrant regards to all ~ Barbara Mauk

I joined the group a month or so ago, but don't think I've posted. I have been

making soap and herbal balms for over 10 years, so am somewhat familiar with

EO's. I've had a mental block against doing blends though and recently became

interested in making solid perfumes. Anya was sweet enough to allow me to join

this wonderful group and I've been reading and absorbing information. Thanks to

all of you for so freely sharing.

Welcome Pat!

I LOVE making perfume solids, moreso than perfumes in alcohol.

I live for the day when perfume-lovers regularly & frequently demand fine

'parfum solides' as much as they/we expect alcohol-water based ones.

Glad you're here.

Warmly
