Guest guest
- Does it taste better than Kerry Gold? Guest guest
Yes, it does, IMO. I would guess that some of the Kerry Gold cream suppliers have to put their cows inside during the winter as well, as it gets pretty cold and desolate in Ireland too (same climate). ps--I'll bring you some on Tuesday and you can judge for yourself! I'm sure they do, but IIRC their sileage doesn't include grains, just grass and hay. I could be wrong, though; it's been a couple years since I looked into it. >ps--I'll bring you some on Tuesday and you can judge for yourself! Guest guest
Yes, Kerrygold is delicious and, true to its name, golden. A far cry from white commerical butter. But, of course, its pasteurized. Supposedly it still contains Activator X, which survives the heating, but it's a shame. BTW, I have written Kerrygold and they confirmed that it was pasteurized. (I had my hopes up because the ingredients list is simply " cream, salt " , but oh well.) Tom > - > > Does it taste better than Kerry Gold? Don't think I can hunt or kill animals though, that veggie part of me will never die. I'll always have to rely on others to do it for me. :-( I did start eating fish again by telling myself I had to catch and be able to kill one first. But I just know I couldn't do it with animals. Guest guest
Don't disriminate against fish just because they're slimy! They're animals too. --- In , " filikara " <filippa91@y...> wrote: > > I've been thinking along those lines too!
