Hi all,

I have developed a small red bumpy rash on my arms and top of my hands where I

am applying absolutes, etc. I think it is possible that they aren't diluted

enough. Have any of you experienced this before? I run out of skin to try

scent on! I have stopped putting anything on my skin until this clears up. I am

very new at this.

Also I was wondering if genet broom is something any of you have experience

blending. I love the smell and wonder what blends well with it?

Best to all,

Stefanie

Well, you're certainly allergic to something in the blend. You'll have to figure

out what by doing patch tests. I am allergic to calamus and cinnamon bark (but

not cassia, go figure). So anything I blend with those, for personal use, are

sprayed only on clothing or some such thing. There are some good sources for

learning common allergens, and they should be used in very dilute quantities!
