Guest guest Posted July 28, 2009 Report Share Posted July 28, 2009 Hey ladies, I've reached the point in life where I'm thinking about it, but I've finally gotten into a food regime that I can (mostly) stick with--and frankly, I don't think I'd do very well without some of my supplemental things. So I wonder if anyone has done the research on what's okay with pregnancy... Currently my non- " food " staples include the Met-RX protein plus bars, those New Whey liquid protein shots, and Designer Whey powder. My doctor gets all confused when I ask, because she doesn't speak much English, and those products don't exist here, so I can't find the ingredient lists (or other info) in Danish. Also, does anyone know if there are supplements to steer clear of? I know that caffeine is something to limit.
