Guest guest
Just a little play on words. 45 year old petite female had radical mastectomy for suspected cancer (misdiagnosed- no cancer) who had a DIEP Flap reconstruction. http://www.prma-enhance.com/index.cfm/PageID/1754 She mentioned that she did not have a lot of extra tissue between her rib cage and pubis to donate and actually gained weight to gain more tissue. Talk about having to face reality. Currently, has pain in her abdomen for which she asked if chiropractic could help. Feels like her colon is full or that she needs to stretch constantly in extension. I told her that a C1 adjustment should do it. I’m wondering if some sort of deep tissue ordinary fiber tearing self massage would gradually free some of the irritated nerve tissue. Of course the severed nerves that have made new sensory endings (boquets and briquettes) are there to stay. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. -- E. Abrahamson, D.C.
