Hi Dr. Cote

I am currently at an Engineering CTE Training at OIT this week, and I need

some feedback from chiropractors re: our project, which is regarding

massage therapy tools. Can you please forward this very short survey

link to your Chiropractic membership. It should take less than five

minutes to complete. If possible, I need to have all of the data

collected by next Monday (July 16) at 5pm since it is only a two-week long
