Guest guest
Depends why you are avoiding them? I use Tinkyada rice noodles ... made from enzyme treated brown rice, no gluten. Still high in carbs, which can be a good thing or not, depending on your philosophy. Pasta isn't terribly high glycemic though. It is high in calories, which again can be a good thing, or not! -- Heidi >Are rice noodles any better than regular pasta, or are they both something to be avoided? > >Michele in WA
Guest guest
I'm only trying to determine the best kind of noodle to have for those times when I have them. I don't have any health reason for avoiding gluten or anything else. I like making Lo Mien and I usually use regular spaghetti noodles. Plus I make something with pasta for dinner about once a week.
