Guest guest
I have recently been working with cedarwood himlaya and ced. atlas. Usually cedarwood virginia gets better and more smooth with age, though I find that the above two do not have a good shelf life. I have a vintage ced. virg. that is over 100 years old and it is still amazing. Then I have two big bottles of ced. him+atlas and when I opened them yesterday after a while of not having used them, there was hardly any scent coming from the bottles. What I did, I left them standing open for a while, so that the air could evaporate and after an hour, there was more scent to it again, but still not like when I bought them. Would it be better to store them where there is less air in the bottles? Any experience with storage and with those 2 cedarwoods? Thank you, Tanja
