Guest guest Posted July 19, 2009 Report Share Posted July 19, 2009 Sunday 7/19/2009 ***7 Minute Interval*** <http://www.crossfitdenver.com/2009/07/sunday-7192009-7-minute-interval/> 3 Rounds on the 7 Minute Interval Row 500m (scaled to 350m for me and my first time on the rower) 21 #53 (#35) KB Swings (I used a 26# Kettlebell and Russian swings as opposed to American swings which go all he way up to over your head) 12 Pull-Ups (I used four bands) And yesterday I golfed 18 holes (with a cart) for my WOD. These xFit people are all into Paleo and the Zone diets. I think about it!
