That's a good description of what the other EM brews tasted like to me. Didn't mind the taste at all, and I figured I could probably handle whatever small amounts of sugars that remained. But I wish they didn't use barley malt in Fervita, since I'm gluten intolerant and should probably avoid anything that comes from barley. -
Guest guest
, I agree about the Barley Malt. You ought to voice your concerns to the Fervita folks I am sure they are open to any suggestions. -Vee --- In , <karenr@c...> wrote: > Hi Vee, > > >I purchased Fervita when it first came out. Guest guest
Well, that was fast, got a reply from the maker of Fervita, Przemek Nowicki, przemek@... " We will be gradually be introducing many more Fervita flavors.... Fervita Immune Support made with blackstrap molasses, elderberry concentrate, elderberry berries, raspberry concentrate, echinacea, rosehips powder, hawthorn powder and eucalyptus powder We can always substitute barley malt with molasses and create a gluten free variety of the wild blueberries flavor. Unfortunately we cannot shorten the brewing time so the earliest we can deliver it will be three months from now. " -
