so I think it is just you and me still on the ripped rotation? Is next

week 1000 for you? I'm switching back to S & L for the week. I haven't

been able to do any cardio this week, and I'm thinking as much as I

love doing weights, I think after the ripped rotation I might go to

twice a week. It is both a time factor and feeling like I'm overdoing

it. It could be that R & C is just too fatiguing for me and I need more

recovery time.
