Guest guest
Greetings:Our office has gone to electronic filing for Noridian Medicare and the payments are electronically submitted into our checking account.Problem is, how do you access the EOB's online. For example, our checking account shows an electronic deposit from Noridian but I can't access the info on which patient it was for.We are registered and have a user name and password for EDISS (totalonboarding.com) but the website is very confusing. I called their 800 number and after 1/2 hour on hold I hung up.Your help is appreciated.Neil R. CohenDundee Chiropractic
Guest guest
They mail you the EOBs. Usually the deposit is made first, then the EOBs come in the mail a few days later.Jamey Dyson, DC Greetings:Our office has gone to electronic filing for Noridian Medicare and the payments are electronically submitted into our checking account.Problem is, how do you access the EOB's online. For example, our checking account shows an electronic deposit from Noridian but I can't access the info on which patient it was for.We are registered and have a user name and password for EDISS (totalonboarding.com) but the website is very confusing.
