Guest guest
I cannot tolerate Yogurt , I am very excited to try fermenting some foods, I have just discovered Kefir, and this whole thing about fermenting vegetables. I suspect this might be an elegant way to ingest probiotics. I am skeptical about probiotics as in the past spent much money with little long term results. I suspect if I could get VSL3 this might be a worthy probiotic. Alas now skint and highly disillusioned. Kombucha is on my list too, though I need the scoby. > > Steve- > > Not everyone can tolerate every legal food listed in the book, and a lot of > people have trouble with too much honey, but have you tried 24-hour > yoghurt?
