Yesterday I think I OD-d on probiotics. I took 2 kinds of powder superfood and probably 400~500ml of a fermented grain beverage. I also had raw liver. Any thoughts on what causes this? It's considered a lack of calcium or magnesium, and technically it's called " tetany " . I get it if I don't take supplements ... I instinctively went and spooned in a mouthful of some cal/mag supplement because I figured magnesium = muscle relaxant. Guess I better start taking it regularly.
