Guest guest Posted February 2, 2008 Report Share Posted February 2, 2008 I tried the last DVD set of 's walk firm system which is 3 Fast Miles. really keeps you moving for a straight 45 minutes. I used my 1 lb weighted gloves during the whole workout to pump it up a bit. Same normal moves during the workout, but that's okay because I can concentrate on intensity rather than learning intricate footwork. I liked it.
