Guest guest
Awesome!! Great job! Kim Lang wrote: I am down 12 pounds in my first 4 weeks. (which is not too bad, but was hoping for a little more since I lost 14 with WW my first 4 weeks the last time I was watching what I ate and was exercising like crazy). I will know my inches lost later today when I do them. So, on with another 4 weeks!! Blessings, Kim Lang
Guest guest
THANKS!! That really means a lot to me!! I am really going to do it this time! I've said that a thousand times but this time I feel it DEEP down, ya know??? Since I have a lot to lose, I am going to do what Mina did and do a lot of cardio in the first 2 challenges and then REALLY hit the body building on my last challenge. The more I think about it, I think I can do this in 3 challenges! Thanks for the support! Kim<>< I am down 12 pounds in my first 4 weeks. Guest guest
Wow!! 12 pounds in four weeks is wonderful. I can only hope that I do that well. Of course, my motto for years is " it doesn't matter how much I weigh if I can fit into a size 6 jean " . lol But it wouldn't hurt my ego at all to be in the 130's and be in that size too. Good job on the weight loss. Let us know how many inches you lost too. It is inspirational. Kim Lang wrote: I am down 12 pounds in my first 4 weeks.
