Guest guest Posted October 6, 2003 Report Share Posted October 6, 2003 WEll to cook it put it in a skillet put it on medium to low for beef tallow gets hot quick and can burn easy, cover stir carefully till it is brown. Or eat it warmed up and still white, doesn't much matter. Veggies are on the side and I eat them mainly raw. You can bread zuchinni and fry it in it or any other breaded veggie but to cook veggies in it I haven't done it yet. Be careful when stirring this tallow/beef mix, it can pop and splatter and it heats up very quickly. It may sound calm in the skillet when the lid is on but take the lid off and moisture from the lid hits the grease it can leave a nasty burn on your arm.
