Yes, but it cleanses toxins out of the prostate. The zinc should only be a

problem if you don't eat red meat and shellfish regularly.

I read a study recently that found an inverse relationship with masturbation

and prostate cancer.

I'm no expert on this but the protocol Wes (my partner) is trying to follow

encourages using visualisation and other 'Chi moving' techniques to move the

energy that usually is lost out of the penis, up the spine to the brain.

Since from a chinese medical perspective Prostate cancer would be viewed as

stuck Chi, redirecting and recycling the energy this way would avoid stuck

chi as well as loss of vital essense (jing). I can't remember exactly but

some phenomenal amount of nutrients are lost each and every time a man

ejaculates and enough sperm to populate the entire planet - that is an

incredible amount of energy to throw away. In any case Ancient Taoist

practitioners seem to have lived long and active lives and they put it down

using Tai Chi and sexual techniques like this. Wes's experience has been a

great increase in vitality, visual acquity, mental processing (he learns

quiker and his thinking is clearer) not to mention his love making

skills.....
