Guest guest
Oh Sharon....you are getting into the pollyanna realms with that wish. The allopaths never approve or recommend or use ANY literature or tests or results that doesn's' come from their side of the field, their funds and/or their researchers and writers. Just won't happen. It is interesting that no Chiropractic literature was used to develop these guidelines. Two were looked at both were excluded. Also, there was no DC external reviewer, no DC invited and no DC organization ie ACA etc ‘searched’ for material to use. The PTs and their organizations however, are all over. I know Vern helped to get SMT up at the top of non-pharmacologic care but it sure would be nice to see our resources deemed of sufficient quality being used and referenced. : http://www.oregon.gov/oha/OHPR/herc/docs/ebgs/glevalmgmlbp10-2011.pdf s. fuchs dc

Guest guest
Well, our own Vern Saboe is on the HERC – Health Evidence Review Committee so I imagine he has a finger on it. I hope our literature somewhere somehow passes muster. s. fuchs dc From: Sunny Kierstyn Sent: Monday, July 16, 2012 1:59 PM To: Sharron Fuchs Cc: oregondcs Subject: RE: Oregon - Low Back Pain Guidelines 1) been waiting for 50 years to see it, ain't happened yet. 2) agreed 3) agreed.
