I think the difference this time is my willingness to be flexible, and I have decided to forgive my own imperfections. I have also figured out that in order for me to have a successful day I have to pre-plan everything. So, entering week 3, I am down five pounds and 13 inches! That is right!! Yeah baby! chest -2 " waist -1.5 " abs -1 " ribcage -1 " hips -1 " thighs -1 " (combined) arms -1 " (combined) upper chest -3 " (under armpits, above breast) quads -1.5 " (combined) And I am kicking myself for not thinking to take measurements of my neck. Of course we lose inches there too. And looking at my measurements in print, well, lets just say I am reminded how much back fat I really do have. lol Here is to another great 10 weeks.
