Hi !

Hey, stay in the " now " . Focus on the beautiful day that is in front

of you. Sometimes thinking way far in advance does a number on our

heads! I know that well. I spent my childhood doing this until I was

27 or so.

While I don't know how CMT affects you exactly (I seem to recall you

did alot of horsebackriding) anyway, each of us has something

positive to give others on a daily basis. A friendly smile, a warm

gesture, helping someone else, even in a small way.

Are you aware about all the research and human trials going on for

Vitamin C? Do you remember when the groundbreaking NT-3 study was

announced?

CMT supposedly is slowly progressive - but no one on this earth can

predict how or if this progression will happen. Believe me, I worried

about this ALL the time at one point. About 20 years ago, I had some

of your exact same concerns. Know what? Today I don't have any of

them. I actually feel better, look better, and am more in charge of

my life that I have ever been. It is an awesome feeling.

Maybe that's due to nutrition, exercise, rest, work I love, volunteer

work I love too, just waking up each morning and thanking my Creator

for another day to be useful to others.

I was diagnosed with CMT when I was 10. I was so scared of the " what ifs " of

CMT. Even when, at age 27, a doc told me I'd be in a wheelchair by age 30, I got

freaked out. But, know what? NONE of the " what ifs " or the wheelchair has

happened. I'm now 54, like I said above, feel better than I did at 34, I'm very

active in life and happy.

Lay your fears aside, they are too heavy burdens and bumming you out.

Go have some fun, rent some old 3 Stooges videos or find old Cheech and Chong

movies. Whatever, relax as you can and enjoy yourself more. Get the book " The

Power of Now " by Eckhardt Tolle and spend some time with it too.

And if you're still working with horses, how about teaching some city-

kids to ride or something?
