Area would be plus or minus 20 miles from Sherwood, Oregon. Pt is on Medicare.The text below is from one of my students at Chemeketa who helps this lady. Cohen, D.C.Dundee Chiropractic++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++PT is 47 years old and Has only been diagnosed with Floppy Baby Syndrom she has the mentalllity of a young teen, We are not doctors nor has has she ever been diagnosed but she shows a lot of simillarities to Proders Willy Syndrom not sure if that is correct spelling. The only past medical history is the mental diagnosis and Her left knee has for as far has she can remember always just popped out of place it usually goes into places on its own i have taken care of her the last 3 years and this has only happenend once when she fell getting on to work bus. As for current diagnosis she has Type 2 diabetes +15yrs(diet and exercise monitor this also on medication) high blood pressure+8yrs(medication) and high cholesterol+8yrs(medication) And adema+2yrs(medication and ted hose) in both legs with current problem of fluid on left knee also she takes iron started within last 6-9mo and multivitamins+8yrs not sure of meds names cause she is self med client but i can get spacifics if u need when i go to work mon night. and thank you again for being willing to help you have a possible idea of the frustration but when your position hold not tomuch athuority then you run in to dead ends alot and I just want my client to sty as independent as possible cause i would want this if it were my family.
