Guest guest
Today I went in for my phlebotomy and they were unable to do it. The arm they use is the one I broke three weeks ago. My right arm they were unable to find the vein. So it looks like I won't get another phlebotomy for another three weeks or until I can straighten out my left elbow. That will put me 9 weeks behind schedule. Oh well. My total saturation level is at 50. When I started I was at 44. I was told today that the higher level is a good thing. It means that because of all the blood they are draining from me, it is pulling out the excess iron from my liver, pancreas, and heart. And that my levels will go way up before they start going down. Glad they told me that, I was getting depressed and thinking what's the use if my numbers keep going up after each draining. I was thinking they should be going down. It makes sense now. I'm so annoyed today. We have been running all over town trying to piece an anime costume together for my daughter today. She goes to a convention in Austin in January and one in Dallas in February with her big brother. I knew she would be going this month just NOT the 1st thru the 3rd. And just after Christmas. The convention scheduled earlier this month because of other conventions at the hotel later in the month. One of her Christmas presents was a wig I ordered from China. She looks adorable in her costume. I went to Marshall's and bought her a dress for $24.00 and shoes for $16.00. That was after going to 5 other places. Oh, and did I forget to mention the new make-up to go with the costume. Looks like mortgage will be a week late waiting for child support to come in. UGHHHHHHH. Tomorrow is New Year's Eve. Hope all of you have a healthy, happy, blessed year.
