In his earlier letter today, Mike Sasin expressed his dissatisfaction with

the content of my special Strip Set sequence, so I have found something from

my Russian secret files that should meet more with his approval. In

providing you with this secret Russian method, I have to remind you that not

many strength trainers are actually aware that there is a major difference

between Strip Sets (or Drop Sets) and Stripped Sets. For those novices who

may not be aware of the scientific and practical differences between the two

types of training, the following photograph will prove to be self-explanatory:

The Russian woman demonstrating this unique exercise is none other than

Cheryl Haworth's indomitable rival in the superheavyweight class, Ms Svetlana

Dyhavutskaya. Apparently she has been banned from training with this

exercise in the US Olympic Training Center because head weightlifting coach

there, Dragomir Cioroslan, considers that it reveals too many Eastern

European and Russian secrets that may be prove to be hazardous for many

American lifters.
