Orthopaedist needed for patient on Medicare

Greetings:Anyone know a decent orthopaedist in the vicinity of Sherwood plus or minus 20 miles or so that will take an elderly lady on Medicare.This is a working woman with various joint issues (hips, knees, etc) that also has diabetes and is overweight.This is not my patient but a patient of one of my students.Seems many orthos don't take Medicare.Thanks for your help.Neil R.
