If I understand it correctly, Bill says no breakfast before a workout,

and Hussman advises eating nothing for an hour afterwards.

I've never been able to accomplish that...it is just way too long

without eating. I definitely need to eat something before working out

(I've been have half a cup of cottage cheese and 12 oz of coffee.)

Would there be any advantage to my waiting a full hour AFTER completing

my workout? Or, have I blown any benefits of not eating pre/post

workout by eating preworkout?

Thanks everyone.
