Over the Door Traction Unit

Hi All:

Any thoughts on contraindication of the over the door traction unit once the

patient has had a fusion of C6,C7. I have found it very helpful for patients

with bulging discs (myself included) but have never come across this particular

situation before.

My thought is that at 7.5 lbs. (which is the recommended weight) it shouldn't

effect the fusion but would love to hear others opinions.
