Hi ! With your enthusiam you will improve over time with ALL your workouts. I'm choreography challenged to and sometimes feel I have two left feet, but truly practice makes perfect. A good beginner step workout that works up a great sweat nonetheless is Kathy 's Step workout, and Cathe too has an uber basic step workout, believe it or not! I'm an aerobics instructor and used to teach a beginning class called Aerobics 101 and it was so rewarding to witness newer students get better and better with the tricker parts. Some people are naturals, but for those of us that aren't (like me) there is still hope. It just takes us a little longer. Keep it up! How cute your 3 y/o works out with you!!!
