My CMT has only recently been diagnosed. The doctor who is my HMO primary care

fellow has been telling me I had to have diabetes to have neuropathy. At age 84

I have been regressing at a rapid rate for the past 3 years.

Loss of energy , nocturnal pain, and of course the pes cavus foot. I wouldn't

know about family members in the past as to heredity. I've had hammer toes since

childhood. I want to be independent and have a rolling walker.

I would like to hear from people who have late onset CMT.
