You can buy this product from supermarket for 6 or 7 dollars. Initially, I used twice everyday, one in the morning after I clean my fact, the other at night after I clean my face. Later, my acne improved a lot. So, I don't use this produce twice everday. Only in the morning after I clean my face. Later, I feel much better, I use this produce every other day. I recommened my friends with acne to use this. They all have positive evaluation of this product. Personally, I prefer using something that apply to my face, rather than taking medicine. Taking medicine has some unknown risk. Apply something on my face is safer than taking medicine. I don't find any negative influence on my CMT after I have used this product for 1.5 years.
