I have never handled a PI through a New York firm. Does anyone know if there is anything different about PI in New York I should be aware of? Guest guest
I dont know if it is true or not, but the adjuster from a NY MVA told me CA that the patient needed a medical referral. The patient did get such a referral from her NY M.D. but also said that she did not need one for the previous NY DC that she saw. This particular patient is only here for a week so we are fine with the referral for her.
