Hi ,

It is entirely possible that the Senior Attorney, (now called

Reviewing Official in some states) who works for SSA, will recommend

awarding of your SSDI benefits, and thus save you from waiting for the

hearing. This is because 'someone' at SSA and/or OHA has already reviewed your

file and 'noticed' all the supportive medical information. The Senior Attorney

will make an 'on the record' recommendation to the Administrative Law Judge to

award your benefits.

So, this is a good thing. As for the 'timeline' - just so you know,

not alot of 'work' gets done in Nov and Dec at either SSA or OHA, so,

just continue to be patient and hang in there.
