Guest guest
I would ask radiologist to review and comment on change in size. Is it a differe ce I technique or machine. Your team at UM should have lots of experience with this. I heard. Talk about 3 years ago from switzerland by a Dr who had followed over 400 for 15+ years without a CA DEVELOPING. But can't find his report. The right measures 1.1 cm and the left measures 1.5 cm" Should I be concerned that the right adenoma seems to have more than doubled in size in four years? Thanks, a Hello all, I an diagnosed with a left adenoma and planning to remove it soon. However, I wish to know if it is possible to leave the adenoma stay? What will happen to it after years? Thanks for all comments. Max.
Guest guest
CT's and MRI's don't work the same. One does horizontal slices the other vertical. Ones sees soft tissue better then the other. Newer machines can see things much better then older. Also skill of Dr that reads scan can show different things. you could ask to have an updateded MRI done. To see if adenoma has truly grown that much. > >>> > >>> > >>> Hello all, > >>> > >>> I an diagnosed with a left adenoma and planning to remove it soon. > >>> However, I wish to know if it is possible to leave the adenoma > >>> stay? Guest guest
Two different facilities, two different tests read by two different radiologists. Both reports say they have the appearance of benign adenomas. So I'm going to choose to not worry about it. Thanks, a Hello all, I an diagnosed with a left adenoma and planning to remove it soon.
