Shoes have been a big problem for me too. I wear foot orthotics, but not AFOs,

and was falling down quite a bit because of my ankles rolling over. Recently

went to a board certified orthotist who put me in shoes (Addiction 7).

The heel support keeps me really stable and my ankles no longer roll out. Also,

the shoes have a rocker bottom which helps my gait. I am also in a shoe a full

size larger than I formerly wore. You can order online, however, I would

suggest being properly fitted by an orthotist the first time.

Another benefit of ordering through the orthotist is that if the shoes caused

any problems during the first 30 days I could send them back for a full refund.

Also, the orthotist can make custom modifications. may not be right for

you, but it's a name I haven't seen here before in discussions about shoes.

Best,

Tami
