Am I eating too much?

Hello,

I just started BFL on Monday and I have been so full all day the

last two days. This is what I've been eating.

Meal 1- myoplex light shake after workout

Meal 2- 2 egg whites, 1 piece of whole wheat bread

Meal 3- 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 c. lean ground beef, 1 whole wheat tortilla

Meal 4- 1 portion (1/2 c.) low fat cottage cheese and 1 yogurt

Meal 5- 1/2 myoplex deluxe bar

Meal 6- 1 portion grilled chicken, 1/2 baked potato, 1 portion

mushrooms, 1 tbls. flax seed oil mixed with A1 sauce

I have also been drinking 10 glasses of water

Do you think that is too many calories?

Is is typical to feel so full when you start to eat 6 meals?
