R inf sample most likely from liver as aldo very low (it is removed by liver).2. R Aldo lower than 2 peripherals so may have same problem.3. I would not take out an adrenal based on these numbers if the goal is to cure your PA.4. Now you see why we stopped doing AVS without ACTH in the 80s. Have you failed MCBs and DASHing yet to control BP and K?CE Grim MD
