What's weird is that instead of feeling so excited and that I've accomplished so much, I feel like I'm faltering. And I can't figure out why. I've never made it this far in a challenge before. I've never been past week 3 or 4 in the past. I'm not missing workouts, my meals are good for the most part. I do mess up here and there but not so much that I feel like I've ruined everything. So I can't imagine why I'd be feeling so weak (not physically) instead of strong. Any thoughts? Feels like this has been going on for a week or so now and I'm pretty sure it's not TOM. Anyway, I thought I'd ask: What goals did you all set for yourselves at the beginning of your challenges? I mean the interesting ones; not the " I'll lose 20lbs and drop my body fat, etc. " I wanna know what else keeps you all motivated. I plan to do a triathlon in September. I want to go on a cruise and wear a bikini without feeling self-conscious by my 30th birthday! Share the good stuff . . . the fun stuff! I'd love to hear from everyone!
