Happy Friday!

This morning I had down to do a Slo-Mo premix, but did not feel like lifting weights at all. I decided to do cardio and then maybe do Slo-Mo tomorrow or Sunday.

I went with CTX All Step and abs. I've heard some say this one is one of Cathe's easier ones. I've done my fair share of Cathe workouts and this is NOT easy in any sense of the word. I had my heart rate up most of the workout. So for the 30 minute cardio and abs I burned 329 calories.

We didn't get as much snow as they said (thank God)
